All Orders in Austria are shipped for a €3,90 flat-rate via Österreichische Post. For EU shipping €4,90 and outside of EU €9,90.
Free shipping is available for orders above €70 for EU Countries. We also ship our products worldwide free of charge for orders above €150.
Shippment of the jewellery will commence immediatey we receive and comfirmed your payment.
Usual delivery time for our products is 2-3 business days for Austria and Germany, 3-5 business days within EU and around 10-20 business days for all other international orders.
How do I track my online order?
Once your goods is shipped an email will be sent to you. This email would contain a link displaying the tracking code to you. With this tracking number you will be able to monitor where your parcel is at any given time. This email will also convey to you the expected date of arrival for your parcel.
Do you deliver outside of Austria?
We offer worldwide delivery on any item bought from our website.
Do I need to sign for my online order delivery?
For every deliveries, a signature is compulsory. If for any reason you happen to be away from home when your item was delivered, we would leave behind a postal pick up card for you. This card will direct you to a post office where you would go pick up your parcel provided you go with a proper identification means.
You have up to 14 days to cancel, exchange or return any order. Our return policy can be found below:
1 – Cancellations of order are done via regular mail or e-mail (email@example.com).
2 – Ensure the goods you intend to return is securely packed in the original shipping pack.
3 – Have the package sent back to our postal address.
Note that the cost of shipping for all returns is on you. The cost for postage associated to your return shipment is your total responsibility, provided the goods your received matches the goods you ordered. In a situation where your return shipments came in without enough postage we will take off the return shipment cost from the refunding amount.
